At Treemony, we take pride in offering high-quality art prints. Each print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or any other non-damage-related reasons.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Prints
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
We may request return of the item prior to replacement. Cost of shipping not covered.
Once verified, we will ship a replacement print to you promptly.
Packaging & Protection
All prints are shipped in protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We recommend opening packages with care to avoid accidental damage.
Important Notes
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
Custom or special-order prints are also non-refundable but remain eligible for replacement if damaged upon arrival.
